What I love about the jewellery industry
I love how emotive jewellery is. Helping customers restore an heirloom piece back to a wearable piece of jewellery. I also enjoy getting to know couples from engagement through to their wedding and then seeing them start their own family.

What I love about the jewellery industry
To see all the different pieces of jewellery and to create a piece that I can layby for myself. But most of all to help people achieve the design that they are after or help them select a gift for a loved one. It is really nice when customers come back and tell us how much they love it. Makes my day! To know someone is happy with the help that is given to them.
